If you’re a Social Housing customer, and you’ve received a “No-Access” form, or, if you are not available on the date we have sent through to you, simply complete the form to re-arrange your appointment.
Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee all appointments that are requested, but we will of course try our best to accommodate your requested date.
All appointments are all-day appointments, but our engineer will contact you closer to the time.
