WRB Gas has supplied contracted services to social housing organisations for many years.



WRB has developed flexible and comprehensive back office systems which support Local Authorities, Housing Associations and private landlords manage the onerous legal requirements placed on them by The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998.  Landlords have a duty imposed upon them by this legislation to have all gas appliance installations and pipe work inspected and checked for safety at least every 12 months by a Gas Safe approved engineer.

WRB have staffing levels that enable peaks and troughs experienced because of this requirement to be addressed practically and work with clients to achieve economic work scheduling.
