You must have a record folder on site not only as proof that you have addressed the non-compliance, but to act as it should. The record folder will give you up to date information and help you save on costs. Don't replace luminaries that are still under warranty at your own cost.
With training you can reduce cost, identify defective lamps or light fittings, raise awareness of the need for these systems to be fully operational when required.
We can help you by assessing your existing installation with a Periodic Test, giving best advice for improvements to comply with new legislation, and carry out a detailed design and installation if required.
All of our work will be to the latest BS5266 guidance as required for stage 2 building warrants etc.
